Our Programs
We offer programs that help develop each individual young adult
Day Program
ADS is a small, family style day program that works on various life skills with each member so that they can become adults with abilities.
Group Supported Employment (GSE)
Our GSE programs provide a variety of work opportunities to our members. Our members develop important job skills all while getting paid!
Culinary Training
Our culinary training program provides education to our members on food safety, kitchen safety and proper food preparation in a homestyle kitchen. This program was developed with the intentions of giving our members the tools to gain necessary culinary skills needed for independence living and/or our GSE programs.
Social and Recreation Programs
Our Social and Recreation program focus’s on community integration, social skill building and career/hobby exploration.
Life skills Training
Our Life Skills training program utilizes a person-centered approach to help each of our members learn the necessary life skills to gain more independence in their daily lives.
Movement Program
This program focus on a variety of different types of movement such as adaptive sports, strength training, zumba, yoga, dance, hiking, and many more. All activities are all adapted to each individuals ability level. ADS also has future plans in partnering with Glendale Community College’s dance program to provide dance classes to members
Day Music Therapy Program
ADS is partnering with ASU’s Music Therapy program to provide Music Therapy to all members by ASU students who are currently getting their degree in Music Therapy.
