About the program

Group Supported Employment (GSE)

Group Supported Employment provides on-site supervision by an Employment Coach to a small group of members working in a community setting. Our GSE program provides a variety of work opportunities to our members so that they gain experience in various settings and are not limited to just one line of work. Members develop important employment skills while getting paid for the work they perform! Our current GSE programs consist of:

Our Programs

Arizona Developmental Services has a variety of programs available for members. Each program developed with the intentions of promoting and teaching independence. ADS also works with Word Play to provide in house Speech Therapy to members approved for the service.
